Our Hosting Spaces
FAQ
Frequently Asked Questions
What kinds of events can I host at Tabbris?
Pretty much anything that brings people together — from weddings and fundraisers to panels, launch parties, and after-hours socials. We’ve hosted everything from baby showers to startup pitch nights, and somehow it all just works.
If it needs space, energy, and good lighting — it probably belongs here.
How many people can the event space hold?
Our main event space comfortably fits up to 150 people standing or around 120 seated, depending on setup. Whether it’s an intimate dinner or a full-on dance floor situation, we’ll help you configure it for your vibe.
(And yes, we’ve tested it — the ping pong tables can be moved.)
Can I bring my own vendors, food, or drinks?
Absolutely. We’re not here to cramp your style. You’re welcome to bring your own caterers, bartenders, and vendors — or we can connect you with our trusted partners who know the space inside and out.
Just make sure anyone serving alcohol is licensed and insured — you know, adult stuff.
Do you have A/V or tech setup available?
Yep! We’ve got projectors, sound systems, mics, and lighting available for most setups. Whether you’re doing a keynote or karaoke, we’ll help make sure your tech doesn’t flake out mid-event.
Need something extra fancy? We can coordinate rentals or setup help, too.
How much does it cost to rent the event space?
Pricing depends on your event type, duration, and setup needs. Half-day and full-day rentals are available, and members get discounted rates (plus first dibs on prime dates).
If you’ve got details — we can give you a quote faster than you can say “send calendar invite.”
Can I tour the space before booking?
Of course. We highly recommend it. Come walk the space, check the vibe, and make sure it’s the right fit for your event.
We promise — it looks even better in person (plus, we have coffee and snacks).
